Who we are.
Norma Duran Brown, a former lawyer from Argentina who has made her home in Western North Carolina, and Dawn Williams-Tox, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and volunteer in Central America, have joined together to offer a wide variety of cultural services. Their unique and thorough approach is based in their knowledge and understanding of both cultures and languages.
Brown's law and organizational analysis experience and her latino insight, in combination with Williams-Tox’s educational skills and deep understanding of cultural issues, creates a dynamic team that goes deeper than run-of-the-mill language classes and translations.
